What would make a claim easier to inspect, instead of simply easier to repeat?
The approach
Keep the claim alongside its source material, preserve revisions and original entries, and give uncertainty a visible place in the reader.
The underlying work is also recorded as Claim Diary and DOAC. It combines a local reader, structured research material and workflows for comparing content states.
Where it stands
Personal prototype
A local research prototype. The reader makes claims and sources easier to inspect; assessing their accuracy remains a separate research step.
